I was using Event Expresso Lite and everything worked well. The I decided to buy and install the pro version. I installed the last version (4….) and now my site is blank page. Also in the backend. |
Hi Renzo, Did you de-activate Event Espresso 3 Lite before activating Event Espresso 4? Event Espresso 4 (EE4) is vastly different from EE3 and uses Custom Post Types for events. It currently does not support the Calendar (or any EE3 Add-ons at this time) so depending on your needs you may be better using Event Espresso Premium 3.1.36.4 until EE4 has matured from Beta. But for now we need to at least get your site back up and running. Do you have FTP access or access to cPanel? Either of which should have been provided by your host when you signed up with them. |
