Whether or not this field is filled out in our registration form people receive the error. I switched themes to 2015 and the order moved past the name/email entry portion of the registration process. Upon switching back to our preferred theme, the form continues to throw the error.

Hello,
Did this start shortly after you updated to WP 4.5? If so, then there may be some errors from your theme.
