Starting today, users are getting an error message after the credit card processing screen and then says payment not finalized. Log file says Address Not verified under gateway response … but payment is going through and everything look correct in the Event Espresso registration and transaction record. Where is this error coming from?
If you go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Logs
You’ll see the requests sent from Event Espresso and the responses from FirstData in the log entries there. Search for one with ‘Payeezy sale request Response’ and view the response there.
(Note to view the logs, you click on the ID number on the left, not the Transaction ID on the right)
