First 100 tickets didn't charge sales tax…

Hey… configuration issue meant that the first 100 tickets we sold didn’t charge sales tax (20%). I’ve fixed that issue by editing the payments and configuring the tickets.

But without refunding the first 100 people, is there anyway of getting out the charge for the missing $20×100?

Hi, Event Espresso 4 comes with a tax pricing option but the percentage rate needs to be changed in the pricing screen.

Then you’ll want to edit the ticket options and enable the tax option as it doesn’t charge taxes for all tickets by default.

Event Espresso does not save the card information so you can’t auto-bill for the tax balance.
