I can’t get the “Finalize Registration” button to work anymore (and it worked this morning, but I had to update my jquery version), so I don’t know if that has to do with it. It seems as if the form is submitted and responding OK but there is no data transferring. Is the ajax not working for me on the server?
All of my caching is turned off, so that shouldn’t be effecting it.

Hi,
I ran a test in Chrome and I can see that it repositions you to the center of the screen. I believe an notice or error message should be appearing but nothing is showing.
Do you see the same issue with only Event Espresso activated?
If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one to locate the source of the conflict.

after deactivating all plugins, it still didn’t work. Only other thing I changed from this morning is that we updated jquery to 1.7.2 from 1.6.x

Hi Ryan,
Those are pretty old versions of jQuery. 1.7.2 was released back in early 2012.
It turns out that WordPress includes by default jQuery version 1.11.1. Event Espresso 4 is tested on the current version of jQuery that WordPress supports and may not function on versions that far back.
Along with that, this line of code from your theme’s script.js file is throwing an error:
var submenuHeight = ((liHeight*size)+(marT*size)+(marB*size)+(paddT*size)+(paddB*size)+(borderB*size));
The theme author may be able to help fix the error from the theme if you can open a support ticket with them.

updating to 1.11.1 fixed it. Thanks for your help. The theme is quite old and not being updated anymore. :-/
