Hi there!

Thanks for waiting.

The Event Espresso 4.10.32 is available to update. Please, update it and you should be able to filter and export the CSV report with no problems now.

Let us know if it works!

Hi there,

Just to note, there is now only a single ‘Registrations CSV button’ shown within Event Espresso.

The ‘Filtered CSV Report’ functionality has been combined into a single button so any filters you currently have applied on the registration view will be applied when generating the report.

Hi,

This does not help. The problem is the previous [Filtered CSV] included the Event name and append an ID to the end. This is used by our database import routines. The new filter version does not include this field, and maybe I am missing it but there does not appear to be any unique reference to the actual event the ticket is connected to. I know there is a Ticket Name, but as there may be multiple tickets for a single event this does not provide a single unique key to the event?

I may be misunderstanding the issue here, or your running a different filtered export from me but:

The problem is the previous [Filtered CSV] included the Event name and append an ID to the end.

Those values are still included within the CSV, here is an example:

Can you add the steps you are taking to run the report so I can run the same report locally to check?

Hi Tony,

Well the steps taken are basically navigate to the attendee list for the given event, and then press the [Registration csv report] button.

The ‘Event’ column in the export is missing? This has always been the case (for many years) that only the ‘Filtered’ csv button (This is the old buttons) included the ‘Event’ column, the other export button always excluded the ‘Event’ column.

I would like to use this feature to download monthly sales figures (registrations). But I always get a Bad Gateway request whenever I do. It was ever thus…

I can report that on our system, the downloaded CSV is NOT filtering. I have a view with 3 registrants based on the filters. The download has 18 rows. The old button worked as expected.
