I just installed Event Espresso and am trying to set it up. When I try to click on Payment Settings, I get this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /home/content/62/9989562/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-free/includes/functions/admin.php on line 18

Help?

Also…

I set up the registration page. Once people put in their name and email, they are taken to this page, where they see registration information twice? I put a screenshot here http://i61.tinypic.com/2wnz33t.png It’s confusing to have that there twice. How do I remove one of them?

Also, how do I make it so people can buy more than one ticket? (Yes I have read the documentation, cannot figure this out)

Website is http://www.saratogamomprom.com

Thanks

Hi Liz,

The fatal error you are seeing is because the version of WordPress is very old. Since Event Espresso uses functions that (like wp_enqueue_media) that are in the current version of WordPress you will need to update to the latest version of WordPress in order to use Event Espresso.

The confirm registration page can be modified by using CSS or by modifying the confirmation_display.php template file directly. It’s located in /wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-free/templates. Please note that we do not provide customization code snippets in the lite version forums.

The lite version of Event Espresso has a basic group registration feature that you can use to allow people to buy more than one ticket. You can set this up by going into the event editor and changing the “Allow group registrations?” option to Yes, then set the Max group registrants to a number higher than 1.
