Hi

I get following error when I cancel a registration on the PayPal page. The callback page is: http://mindgroup-professionals.ch/registration-cancelled/

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/popoolar/www/mindgroup-professionals.ch/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/libraries/messages/EE_message_type.lib.php on line 599

Any ideas
Thanks
Ray

Hi Ray,

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.

Is the Registration Cancelled message type active? – http://take.ms/m8NZg

If so can you go to the Default Message Templates list and check that the Registration Cancelled message type is listed in that list? – http://take.ms/oKRC3

If not go back to settings, drag the Registration Cancelled message type to the inactive box – http://take.ms/8VND7

Then back again.

Now check that it is listed once again, then retest cancelling a registration.

I dragged it into the deactivated messages and the fatal error is gone when canceling.

Thanks for that
Ray

If you have not moved it back to active messengers then no message will be sent on cancelling registrations.

Its fine if you prefer it that way I just wanted to make sure you are aware.
