Fatal Error message when registering

Hi,

We just upgraded to a new version of EE4 today, 4.9.3.1. We’re having problem with our registration system. The user gets the error message below when trying to enroll:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ot_get_media_post_ID() in /nfs/c11/h03/mnt/202907/domains/lacphoto.org/html/berenice/wp-content/themes/university/option-tree/ot-loader.php on line 686

Hi Brandon,

The error you’re seeing is the result of the older version of option tree not checking to see if the function exists before calling it. Here’s the issue report on Github:

They’ve since added a check that will prevent the error from happening:

https://github.com/valendesigns/option-tree/blob/master/ot-loader.php#L699

You could either apply the same fix or, if your theme includes the update to option tree, update your theme.
