This is not a good start to get ready to purchase EE4. I clicked on “activate” Event Espresso 4 Decaf plug in… and now this!!! I see this problems has been solved? But I have to buy a license before I can get my answer and get my site back up.
PLEASE HELP!!

Hi Chris,

You can get your site back up by deactivating one of the two versions of Event Espresso that are activated. The lite version is ee3, and decaf is ee4.

Here’s a guide that walks you through how to manually deactivate WordPress plugins when you can’t access the WordPress admin:

I was helped via Email.. Thank you. I tried activating the Decaf without deleting my Espresso.. SO GLAD I got a fast reply to fix things.
FYI: I went into my cpanel and deleted the plug in. Boom!! Site back up.
