False Advertising?

I have noticed while looking at the EE4 demo provided by Event Espresso that there was the ability to download your ticket from the confirmation as well as the barcode add on, I bought this product based on those features/functions and was wondering why I don’t have them with my everything licence.

Hi Fernando, the ticketing solution for Event Espresso 4 is entering its final stage of development. We recently added it to our demo site to help us with real world testing and to get bugs out of the add-on.

It will automatically appear on your account once it is released. If that won’t work for your project, then we could switch your account to Event Espresso 3 which has a ticketing solution.
