Extra horizontal lines on main event page

I have two horizontal lines on my main event page: https://emsbilling.com/events/emspire-2016-conference/

Here is a snapshot: http://take.ms/PFZHq

Is this something left blank in the event configuration? I would like to remove them.

Hello,

This CSS should hide the lines:

.single-espresso_events div.single-navigation.clearfix { display:none; }

It can be added to your site using a free plugin like Reaktiv CSS Builder or Simple Custom CSS.
