Hello Team
I’m planning to use EE3 for events next summer (July 2015), and my current year’s license expires in February 2015, and I will upgrade my site with latest versions before Feb ’15. In order to have access to you for Support / technical help & queries, do I need to buy the licence again for $199 or is there another way of doing it?

Hi Dee,
We send out a renewal notice before the license expires and if you renew before the expiration date you get a discount. If you want to renew early, please contact the sales team via their contact form:

Hi Dee,
It depends, but it’s usually around 25%. Someone from the sales team can give you a specific number if you contact them.
