Exporting registrations for an event don't work after upgrade Version 5.0.14.p

I have Version 5.0.14.p and after upgrading I noticed that the export the registrations button appears to work but does not output any csv file. I cannot make it work. PHP Version 7.4.10

Hi there,

When you say no CSV is output, what happens?

Does it go through the batch process to export a CSV?

How are you triggering the export?

I’m asking because I’ve just tested 5.0.14.p and I can export registration to CSV so trying to narrow this down a little.

The Export runs and the event I am trying to export the registrations has 111 entries. It runs through the first 50, then the second 50 and then the remainder. That all appears normal as it is exported from the registrations page on the bottom left export button. The cover file never gets written anywhere. I tried this on three different computers with no success.

Have you tried checking if there’s plugin conflict. Can you do the following.

You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ or any similar plugin.

You can do the above using Troubleshooting mode:

Tools -> Site Health -> Troubleshooting -> Enabled Troubleshooting mode.

That will disable all plugins and switch to a default theme and then allow you to enable specific plugins troubleshooting mode. once EE and your theme is the only one enabled, you can test the export of registration.

Btw, Once disabled the troubleshooting mode you will revert back to the current state.

I enabled troubleshooting mode and enabled only the Event Expresso Plugin and worked fine. I went through and enabled all the plug ins and it worked fine. I then went back to my theme and enabled it, everything worked fine. I disabled troubleshooting mode and made sure all my plugins and theme were active and everything worked fine. No idea what happened but everything is good. thanks for your help.
