Hi,

I’ve received the following error when I tried to export the event registration as a CSV file:
Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([string $exception [, long $code [, Exception $previous = NULL]]]) in /plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/EE_Error.core.php on line 82

Please help.

Hi there,

Are you running any custom functions to alter the CSV at all?

That error message doesn’t help pinpoint whats actually causing it, is this the CSV Export from the registration list for a specific event or all events?

No. I’m not running any custom functions.
The error appears when I try to export the registration list for one event.
I have 57 attendees.

Hello,

That error message does not look familiar. Do you have a single event or is it just having problems with one event? If it is multiple events, then could you follow the steps below?

Could you temporarily deactivate all plugins and then reactivate Event Espresso and then re-test?

Does the issue still occur?

If so, could you remove Event Espresso 4 from your site through the WordPress plugins page and then download a new copy from your account page (https://eventespresso.com/users/nmohamed/) and install and activate through your WP dashboard?

Hi,

I have only one event.
I cannot deactivate all the other plugins.
Is there another way to export the registration information from the database?

Thanks

I have installed the event espresso decaf version on another website that is a replica from the live one & the export function is working fine.
Event Espresso Version:
4.7.12.decaf

The only difference between the 2 sites is the first one has Event Espresso Version: 4.8.34.p and the other one has Event Espresso Version: 4.7.12.decaf

Hello, those are different major versions of Event Espresso 4 and the report generation system is different.

The error that you shared does not look familiar so I suspect that there is a conflict occurring somewhere.

Could you pull a copy of live site into the testing site and then deactivate all plugins and re-test the export with Event Espresso 4 running?

Or does Event Espresso 4 (current version) also fail on the testing site when it is the only plugin running?
