As much as EE3 and EE4 have served us in accomplishing what our site needs I am once again frustrated by a lack of what seems to me a simple option.
Excluding as category in the EE4 Events Table View Template v1.3.3.p
We have many categories on our site and one is an Admin category that contains events not meant to be seen on the calendar, but links from certain pages to allow a payment for a non-dated event.
For our calendar, I created a lengthy list of shortcodes to show all the categories except this one. When I went to do the same to the EE4 Events Table View Template…. nada, not possible. (a ‘future’ option?) I expected after spending 30 bucks for an addon it would offer such an option, and from my research I am not alone in wanting to have this option.
I have spent a couple hours searching for a solution to no avail….. is there something I have missed or is this the case.
