Events not showing on non HD app (version 2.0 on iPhone 3G or 2.1 on iPhone 5)

Our event shows correctly when using the Event Espresso HD app, but when using the non HD app (version 2.0 on iPhone 3G or 2.1 on iPhone 5) the event does not show up in the app. The site is live and stable and approaching its Event dates, so I don’t want to upgrade wordpress or the EE plugins, but if you could let me know how to fix this one issue, that would be great. Event Espresso Version 3.1.36.4.P
Event Espresso – Ticketing Version 2.1.p
Event Espresso API Plugin – Version 2.1.1.P
Event Espresso – Permissions Version 2.1.1.P
WordPress 3.9.1

Hi Dee,

The HD version of the app use’s the JSON API which you have installed and is working correctly.

However the previous versions of the app use the Espresso Service API which needs to be installed separately (via FTP as it not a plugin).

Both the iPhone 3G & 5 should be able to use the HD version of the app (it requires iOS 6.1 or later) which I would recommend over using espresso-services
