Hi there,

The iPad app doesn’t seem to show up the next immediate (3 or so) events.

Any updates or ideas why?

Thanks, M

Hi,

Are those events active? Do/have you see any events in the app?

Yes they are active. Yes we see all our events apart from more or less the next 3 events coming up in any week.

Hi there,

Have you tried increasing the number of events that get displayed in the app’s settings?

Here are the relevant instructions from our Mobile apps documentation:

If you have more than 100 events, attendees, or registrations you’ll need to update the app’s default settings. You can go into the iOS device settings and scroll down past the apps developed by Apple to where you see individual app settings. There you can tap Event Espresso and go into its settings and adjust the default settings as needed.

Can you check and let us know how many events it does show?

50 shown, even though its set to unlimited.

Can you check the formats of the dates for the missing events? They should be formatted as: YYYY-MM-DD

All dates are selected using the date selector so are consistent with all other events, but yes they are formatted as: YYYY-MM-DD.

Its happening only to the most closest events…they just disappear as they get to the top of the list.

Can you go into Event Espresso>API Settings and check the Default Query limits set there? If it’s set to 50 you can try increasing the limit there.

It’s set to unlimited.

Can you try a number instead? I think if you type in unlimited it will not work. Here is a screenshot of the API settings set to 100.

This did the job, thanks!
