Events Calendar week view is displaying compressed to the right

We have EE3.1.37.8 P, calendar version 2.7. The week view is displaying with the days of the week and posted events compressed to the right. Looks terrible and hard to read. Is there a remedy for this?

If you temporarily switch to a different WordPress theme does the display improve?
