Events are getting overbooked!

On four separate occasions, events have been overbooked beyond the set limit on paintontapstudio.com using a version purchased in January 2014. There is no visible explanation for this happening. Any suggestions on what would cause this and how to prevent it from happening would be great. Thanks!

Event Espresso Version: 3.1.36.5.P

WP Version: 3.9.1
