Hello, I was just adding questions to then put in question groups and then all of the sudden everything seems to be filtered? For example, question groups are there but I cant see them because they are filtered. The same goes for the event that I created?

Hi Jake,
That can happen if there is a term entered in the search box that’s above the list of questions. Can you check the search box field and remove the search term if there is one in the box?

Seems to be fine now, not sure if something was in the search box. I am having a new problem though. When I do a test registration, it doesnt redirect me to a payment page? The form just disappears and the page is blank?

Hi Jake,
You may have outdated template files in the wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates directory. You can test this by clicking the “Rename Templates Directory” button. This can be undone via FTP.
