EventEspresso Download PDF / Invoice Unable function

Hi Support,
We are using version Version 4.9.31.p of EE, but suddently the event “Download PDF / Invoice” button cannot function, after click it link back to home page with no css & nothing happen

I check the forum having guide here: https://eventespresso.com/topic/pdf-not-generate-after-click-invoice-button/

But I don’t understand how to solved this. Can assist where to edit the file / Code?

I can advise to update to the current version of Event Espresso 4.
