What is your WordPress version? 3.9.1
What are the versions of Event Espresso and the installed add-ons? EE3, Calendar, Custom Template Display, Members Addon, Multi Event Registration, Recurring Events, Ticketing, Recurring Events Table w Dropdowns
Is this a new installation, or one that was recently upgraded? New

http://icmhq.prigital.com/public-course-list/

[EVENT_CUSTOM_VIEW]

List looks fine but when trying to use the filter drop down it doesn’t work. All of the events are categorized. The filter works on the Calendar view found here http://icmhq.prigital.com/cmii-courseschedule-public/

Thanks,

Emma

Hi Emma,

Does it work if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate only Event Espresso and its addons?

If not, could you try uploading and activating this plugin through WordPress plugins:

http://cl.ly/code/0x1A0a2s1v3L

It will load a current version of jQuery.

Hi Lorenzo,

I can’t deactivate all of the plugins because I am using a Cherry Framework theme. I tried downloading and installing the file you linked to through the WordPress admin panel and got this error “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

Can I just add this file or code to one of the EE files?

Thanks,

Emma

I think the Cherry plugin is required but you should be able to deactivate the others.

Try uploading the file using an SFTP or FTP client to the WordPress plugins folder:

wp-content/plugins

You can also copy and paste it into your child theme’s functions.php file.

Here is what I have tried:

– Adding the file to the plugin folder (nothing happened)
– Adding the file to a new folder labeled site specific (could not be activated because of fatal error)
– Creating a functions file in the child them and adding the code (got an error saying that there are too few arguments in the Cherry functions php file)

Here is what I found in the Cherry Framework functions.php about jQuery:

//Loading jQuery and Scripts
include_once (PARENT_DIR . ‘/includes/theme-scripts.php’);

There is an update for Cherryframe Work available. Should I just try to update that and see if it starts using the correct version of jQuery?

Sure but please backup your WordPress before making any changes.
