Event Sold out with only 4 of 12 registered

Hello,

We have event that has 12 spaces, and I’ve created 1 ticket type with 12 available tickets. Yet the event has automatically switched to sold out with only 4 registrants.

In the Edit Event window it lists:
4 registrants
0 Pending
0 not approved

I cannot change the event back to published. Any ideas?

May I ask what’s set for the Reg. Limit under Datetimes?
