Hi,

We have a project where we are needing to have a registration system for an event that will have around 500 people attending. Here is a screen shot of our mind map showing the info we will need to collect. (http://ri7.in/PJDf/Screen%20Shot%202013-05-31%20at%2010.08.09%20AM.png – minor_form needs to be a file upload)

The pricing structure is relatively simple: First we have “early bird” then we go to the normal pricing in each of the pricing time frames we have three pricing structures; (Single, Group 5-10 people; Group 10+ people). campaignmonitor.com would be nice as well.

Hi Cameron,

You should be able to customize the registration questions to suit your needs. However, we do not have an file upload option at this time. Have you tried our test drive website? This might give you a better idea of how our system works.

We are not integrated with campaignmonitor.com at this time, but we are integrated with Mailchimp and Infusionsoft.

Hi Seth,

I’ve been looking at the demo site & was wondering what is the best way to do a group booking where the price is automatically changed when they book more the the set numbers? Is that feasible or does it need to be a plugin?

We have an add-on called “Event Espresso Volume Discount Add-on”, which requires the Multi Event Registration add-on. However, this add-on is in beta right now and does not always work as expected.

Hi Cameron,

All of our customers are welcome to try the Volume Discount add-on. It is in our Pre-Release channel that is available to our customers. We have just discovered some issues with the add-on recently, but we do have customers that are using it without problems. We don’t have an ETA for the official release.

Hi Jonathan,

Do you have any plugins in the works that integrate Facebook with the signup process? What would be the best way to go about having a file upload feature, it’s needed for people to upload a copy of a form that has to be signed by two people.

Hi Cameron,

We don’t have an up-to-date facebook integration add-on available right now. We worked on it a while back but didn’t get it finished.

How would you use that to facilitate people uploading a copy of a form?
