The Event Registrations Export CSV report does not create downloadable file in Chrome. Instead it adds a batch file to my site files.
It works fine in Firefox and Edge.
Running WP 5.6.1 and Event Espresso 4.10.10
Chrome developer tool indicates that the download file has been blocked because it is being served being served over an insecure connection.
Site has an SSL and everything is being forced to HTTPS. How do I make the download file do the same?

Hi there,
This will happen if your site is loading over HTTP and then being redirected to HTTPS.
Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General.
Do the ‘WordPress Address (URL)’ and ‘Site Address (URL)’ fields show as http or https?

The URL used by Event Espresso is from the wp_upload_dir() so somewhere within your site is set to load over http.
Any plugins/code to change the WP upload directory?
Anything in wp-config.php to set thew WP_CONTENT_DIR constant?
Is this is a single or multisite install?
