Event Registrations CSV Report – Generator loads but the file won't download

Hi,

The Event Registrations CSV Report isn’t downloading to my computer on one of the websites I help manage. It takes me to the generating page and the loading bar completes, but the CSV file does not download.

It’s woking on a different site I help manage, so I know the problem isn’t with the Event Espresso plugin or an update issue.

Would appreciate someone helping me resolve this issue. Let me know what information you need.

Hi there,

Which browser are you using to test this? Chrome?

If so can you test in another browser and see if it works then?

Yes, I was using Chrome to test it.

It worked with Safari, thanks!

May I ask on the site where this didn’t work on Chrome, are there some plugins installed there, that aren’t on the site where things work? Also, are these two sites on different hosts, or are they served by the same web host?
