Event Registration page not displaying properly

Hi there. Hope someone can help!

I am using EE3 (I think!) on my website (WP 3.9) to handle a one-off event that our dance charity is running. I’ve been really pleased with the whole plug-in – it’s great! However, the Events Registration page is not displaying correctly – after the event Start Date, it’s just displaying a lot of code. I’m sure this must be something simple and I hope you can help. Here is the link to the registration page:

Really hope someone can help with this wee glitch. Thanks in advance!

Hi Susan,

That’s a strange issue I’ve not seen that before.

One thing I do notice is your event does not have a start/end time. Within Event Espresso I would recommend considering the Date/Time section as required for all events. (This section – http://take.ms/AkHuL)

Could you try setting those values first and see if the iCal link correctly displays.

Hello Tony

I have already tried that! I’ve gone back in and reinstated the start and end times, and you’ll see if you go back to the page that the problem is still there.

It’s a bit of a headscratcher! Hope there is a solution….

Thanks for your input, though. Much appreciated!

Cheers

Susan

Hi there Susan,

I’ve seen this issue caused by an email plugin that hides emails on the page. Are you running any plugins that may have this feature?

Hi Lorenzo

Yes! I am indeed – I’m using CryptX.

Cheers

Hi Susan,

You would need to deactivate that plugin for Event Espresso pages (if that is supported) or try an alternative plugin.

Lorenzo, thanks so much! I was able to deactivate that plug-in page-by-page, so no need to find a new one! And that has fixed the problem. I am so grateful.

Happy May Day!

All the best

Susan

Thanks Susan. This plugin looks similar an has an option to exclude pages:
