Hosting TBLS site with WPengine we recently discovered a db permissions error where many of the wp_user columns were somehow associated with 1 (this is the master WPengine account) and not our admin account that had created the events, venues, etc. Upon manually fixing this issue in the db we have also discovered duplicate system field groups (Personal Information field groups. They cannot be removed by admin in wp-admin. This is troublesome. Please advise. See attached screenshot.
Didn’t know if this would be helpful to others to post here. We also have a priority ticket credit if that is required here to have this resolved ASAP. Thanks guys. |
