Hello,

Can you have a look at the Registration start and end dates for an event where this is happening and make sure they are valid. I see that it isnt occurring on every event as for example the June 13th events are fine.

It is correct. Yes, the June 13th event is fine – the June 12th event is not.

Is there a way to attach an image here?

Hi there,

You can upload an image to your /uploads folder via your site’s media manager and link to it here. Before doing that, you might check to see if you’re caching the database with the caching plugin that’s installed. If it’s pulling up a cached version of the database, it may not be able to find the details of the event.

Good call on the cache. It appears the DB cache was the culprit. Sorry for the trouble.

Is there a DB cache that is compatible?

I don’t believe so. The thing about caching a database is when you change something on your site, like add an event, the cached version of the database may be out of sync with the actual database.

You may want to look into the database caching settings and see if there’s a way to exclude specific tables from being cached. In theory that should work because you could set it to ignore any of the tables that Event Espresso uses (they have the word “events” in the name of the tables) and not serve up a cached (older) version of the tables that Event Espresso uses to store event data.

I’ll look around for a DB cache with that feature. The static page cache was breaking the gravity form pages – that cache did have an exclude page option. It does not affect EE though – go figure.

Thanks again for your help; sorry to waste your time.
