Client was previously receiving emails with registration details from each event signup.
Troubleshooting included install WP-Mail-SMTP with SendinBlue. Confirmations are verified to registrants (both in delivered emails and in Sendinblue dashboard) but NO signs of the Confirmation email to the EE admin [CO_EMAIL]. Also tried a different email address for the CO_EMAIL.
If using a custom message template you go to the Custom message Templates tab and find your custom template there, then do the same.
