Event Registration CSV report includes those payment pending

In the past, if a registrant did not finish payment, their name did not go through to our nametag list, that we export from “Event Registration CSV report”.

I’ve noticed recently that those that are payment pending are now in that report. Can you tell me why and how to fix this? Thank you!

Hi there,

Pending payment registrations have always been included in the CSV report. I don’t know why it would have done otherwise for your site unless someone had changed some of the code on your site to make it not include those.
