My admin emails aren’t going where I would expect them in the email editor the to field in the admin emails are set to: [CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] and in event espresso > general settings the primary contact email is set to jake@the… but emails are going to sam@the… I cant find where this other email has been entered. We have also been getting duplicate emails for every email for customers and admin.

I am using the latest WP and event espresso and – Event Espresso – WP Users (EE4.6+) which may be related and using pay pal for payments.

My last test payment I did i didn’t receive duplicate payments as a customer when I logged in and payed as a existing user.

Hi Jake,

Have you gone through and set all of the message templates to use [CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] for the Event Admin context?

By default Event Espresso uses the email address of the Event Admin, which is the user account that created the event. Which admin emails are sending to the incorrect address?

I am using the latest WP and event espresso and – Event Espresso – WP Users (EE4.6+) which may be related and using pay pal for payments.

Which version number of the WP Users Add-on are you using? 2.0.7 is currently the latest.

s that PayPal Standard (offsite) or PayPal Pro (onsite)?

Thanks, I had left the to field blank, I must have had a blond moment and thought the from field was going to work:)

Latest version of Users add-on and using paypal standard.

Any ideas on why it sends a duplicate email to both user and admin about an hour after the original?

Hi Jake,

The following could happen on an earlier release of Event Espresso 4:

Any ideas on why it sends a duplicate email to both user and admin about an hour after the original?

Have you experienced that issue since upgrading to the latest release?
