Is it possible that a person registering for an event does not have to attend the event?
For example, a secretary would register employees for an event but attend themselves

Hello,
By default, a primary registrant is the one that is purchasing a ticket or completing a registration.
This is not currently available in Event Espresso but is on the feature request list for Event Espresso 4.

There isn’t an available feature in Event Espresso at this time to handle this but it is on our feature request list. Please check with some developers here:
