Event Program – is this possible

Hi
We run numerous events throughout the year which run over multiple days and I am wondering if this is possible or how best to achieve what we need.

If an event runs over three days it may have 30 plus workshops/parts to the event/conference. See: http://vetnetwork.mobi/pavingpathways/calendar/ (this is a mobile site so not great on a desktop)

Is there any way to add this information to Event Espresso events but not just in the description/notes? currently we use All-in-One Event Calendar by Timely – which is quite fast and simple to add information too.

In most cases a person will sign up to our conference/event and be able to go to all parts they want so there is no need to setup a new event for each item.

Thanks
Sam

Event Espresso has event options that let you add events and set the registration form to not display, so in essence create events for display purposes only. Then they’ll appear on the calendar or a list. One way to ‘filter’ these into a list/calendar of workshops would be to assign them to a category.

Alternatively, you can use a plugin like MCE Table buttons to create a custom table display of the workshops.

If you have a page that lists more details about the workshops that is already set up, you can also use the option labeled “Alternate Registration Page”. If you enter a URL there, it will direct people to the specified page instead of a standard Event Espresso event description/registration page.
