We have setup 3 pricing options for an event. When we go to register for the event, the pricing shows as $0. When we return to edit the event the original pricing gets replaced with $0. We are using Event Espresso 3.1.28.3.P. Any help would be appreciated.

To add some information. We have recently upgraded to latest version of EE and are running on WP 3.5. Since we upgraded, we had not had any events with prices (just free events) and everything was working fine. However, now that we have added an event with cost, and although the price displays when you register for the event, we are seeing that when we get to the confirmation display page, the event is showing up with a price of 0$ and Free.

EVENT REGISTRATION
VERIFY REGISTRATION
Event Name: Test Event with Price
Price per attendee: $0.00
Attendee Name: Nancy Testing (email@yycd.org) Edit
Total Price: Free

In our test environment, I took our upgraded EE installation and set it back to use the default templates (to ensure it wasn’t a problem with our customizations) and I’m able to replicate the problem there with the standard EE templates. You can view our test site at http://www.yesyoucandance.org/test/ (email for a logon if necessary)

Is there some setting we need to fix, or do you have any idea why this would behave in this manner?

Thanks

Hi there,

Can you update to the latest version (currently 1.9.6) of the Members add-on? The version that’s installed on your site is 1.9 and is not compatible with the current version of Event Espresso. You can download all the latest versions of Event Espresso and the add-ons from your account page.

Thank you for your prompt support. Updating the add-on has resolved the issue!! Yahoo!!
