Hi AJ Boldan,

Can you please confirm that this page: http://universityofutahhockey.com/fans/tickets/

Is the page selected within Event Espresso -> General Settings. Page Settings. Main registration page dropdown.

Also if you go to Event Espresso -> System Status. Look under ‘Registration Pages’. Are all the URLs green?

Negative, you are missing the last part of the URL: http://universityofutahhockey.com/fans/tickets/?ee=54

Also, just upgraded to latest plugin EE and all 53 previous events are gone….

The last part of the URL, in your example, ‘/?ee=54’ tells the main registration page to load a specific event, in that case the event with ID 54.

However in order for that to function correctly, the page containing [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] should be selected within Event Espresso -> General Settings. Page Settings. Main Registration Page Dropdown.

So on my test site it is the default page event-registration – http://take.ms/2IC24

Yours should likely say ‘tickets’ there.

However, this:

Also, just upgraded to latest plugin EE and all 53 previous events are gone….

Should not be the case…

Would it be possible for you to create temporary log in details so we can take a look at the admin?

If so please send via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

Confirmed ‘tickets’ is selected. Will create creds now. Need an email address for you…

I am trying/will, but in WP I need to have an email address to create an account.

Trying to submit via this page: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

But it doesn’t have a submit button….

Hi AJ,

The ‘Submit’ button appears when you select a member of staff to send the details to and and have ticked that you have confirmed the credentials work.

Did you manage to create an account without an email?

I just used support@eventespresso.com since none was provided.

Cred have been provided. Of note, waisted a lot of time since the submit button didn’t present itself. I would suggest greying it out until all necessary information was provided instead of hiding it.

If you think its easier, I can simply restore from last weeks backup… It might be faster…

Hi AJ,

The Tickets page containing [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] had that shortcode wrapped within [raw] tags, there is also the Raw HTML installed.

So I assume the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode had been wrapped in raw tags to remove formatting from the theme around hat output. Then the Raw HTML was installed which also caused issue with those tags.

Removing the [raw][/raw] tags from that page fixed the output. However we are unsure of the reason those tags had been added in the first place, so that issue may now be back.

If you now view your original link you’ll find the events loads correctly.

Excellent news. What about the previous 54 events?

The previous events are all still there, just the filters default to not show expired events – http://take.ms/cS2wI

To view ALL of your events, simply change the status filter to ‘All (Active/Inactive)’ select ALL rows and click ‘Retrieve’ – http://take.ms/KE2tI

You’ll now see all you past and current events.
