Event Not Showing In Event Overview

Event Espresso V 3.1.36.5.p and Recurring Event Manager 1.1.8.p. I added a new instance of a recurring event on 4/1/2015 with an event start and end date of 3/31/2015.

I’ve looked at this event in the database, and the data setup seems identical to other events, but for some reason this event is NOT appearing in the Admin Event Overview List. The event does show up on the calendar, and it also is editable if I manually enter the event id into the url bar.

This is the first time this has happened, any ideas?

Hi, are you using any other booking or appointment plugins on your site?

No. I did recently update the Recurring Events Plugin, but other events have shown up in the Overview with no issue after the update.

Thanks for the feedback. Another member mentioned something similar to this but in this case, it looks like another plugin replaced the datepicker which caused a different datetime format to be used for this event.

Do you see it if you filter the event overview screen to show all events?

No, it does not show. I’m very used to resetting the filters to find events.

Hi,

Would it be possible for me to take a look at the event within the admin? If so please send temporary login details using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

Please include the event id so I can view the event and try to narrow this down.

I looked over your site and edited the events in question.

One is ‘Closed’ and the other ‘Deleted’, both of those status are excluded from the the standard filters.

If you set up your filters like this – http://take.ms/zagKQ

The closed event will be displayed (sort by ID and it will either be on the first or last page depending on how you order them)

You can also show this event by setting the filter to ‘All (Active/Inactive)’ for the status and All rows – http://take.ms/GnAEQ

Although this will pull a lot of events so usually takes the longest.

You can setup the filters like this – http://take.ms/VirhR

To view the deleted evens.

Does this not happen for you when doing the same?
