Hi there,
I”m retrying this again as I can’t seem to find the setting to move paragraphs out of the way. My event listing is here: http://www.sugarpopbakery.com.au/event-registration/?ee=1

PLease kindly let me know how to fix this issue. I belive if this is fixed, I’ll be able to use the program fully.

Thank you.

Hi Nicole,

You have what I can only assume is a plugin called cfgenwp-contactform or something to that effect.

This is being inserted into the event description (by shortcode maybe?), or at least it is being inserted into the event somehow.

If it is removed, then the Event Espresso form displays correctly.

Hi Dean,
I don’t think that’s the case as it was the same regardless if I remove the contact form or not. πŸ™

Well the contact form plugin is definitely the cause of the issue one way or another. Have you tried deactivating the contact form plugin? You may need to clear your site/browser cache after doing so.

Hi Dean,
I’ve deactivated all my contact plugins, same error occurs. I’ve also did as you’ve asked, cleared the cache on both my site and the browser but to no avail.

What’s the next time I should try?

Thanks!

Hi Nicole,

Could you please login to your WordPress admin and then go to Pages and find this page:

http://www.sugarpopbakery.com.au/event-registration

From the WP editor, could you click on text in the top right corner. Then could you let us know what you see?

There should be a single shortcode for Event Espresso on the page.

Yep, the text reads [ESPRESSO_EVENTS]

OH wait! The page just magically fixed itself overnight! πŸ™‚ Perhaps just a slow response Thank you so much for your patience! πŸ™‚

Oh no, wait. The page is fine if I place it under http://www.sugarpopbakery.com.au/event-registration/ but goes funny again if I place it under this link: http://www.sugarpopbakery.com.au/event-registration/?ee=1

Hi Nicole,

Please remove the following CSS from your theme’s stylesheet.css file:

.clearfix {clear: both; height: 10px;}

This will fix the issue:
