Event list limit not working

Hi. Right now I am using the shortcode [EVENT_LIST limit=4 event_category_id=fpcb-events] to display an event list on this page: http://fpcb.bellaworksweb.net/bw/ and it does not seem to function as we would have expected it to. It is displaying only 3 events, when there are definitely more events in that category. Can you tell why it would be working like this? Thanks!

Hello are any of these missing events currently closed or are they recurring?
