Event expiry notification

I have a list of random non-subscribed people who need to be notified via email when an event expires (the tickets time out and the event is no longer published). Have you seen this done?

Hi there,

I’ve not seen this done before, the closest I’ve seen would be using the ‘Better WordPress Notifications‘. I’m not sure if it will support the conditions you require but is where I would start looking.

You might also be interested in this feature proposal for WordPress Core:

If and when that’s built into WordPress core it will be much easier to build out custom notifications.
