I noticed that the event espresso mobile app has a delay before it rejects a QR code on a ticket.
On a single (one attendee) ticket, I was able to scan it maybe 5 times before it rejected it. I checked the database each time, and it incremented the checked_in_quantity each time, even when it went beyond the quantity value.
Just wanted to alert someone of this if it isn’t already known.
This sometimes happens when a caching plugin is installed on the WordPress website. If you have a caching plugin installed, you will need to disable caching of Event Espresso database tables.
If you do not have caching turned on, then it could be a problem with the connection to the web server.
