Event Espresso – Message Activity: Failed Messages

Hello,

Your plugin is having errors while sending emails. ALL the messages on the “Event Espresso – Message Activity” are failed.

This isn’t happening with any other plugin in the same site, also wp_mail is working fine via templates, code, etc.

I am using Sparkpost plugin for sending emails.

The message info:

“Messenger and Message Type were valid and active, but the messenger send method failed.”

Tried also with Mailgun, and the same error is happening.

Sorry but I’m not sure what you mean hear, wp_mail working via templates? what code?

Have your checked your server error logs for any error being thrown?

Your host will usually have a section you can view any error being thrown, or an error_log (or similar) file in the root directory saving any errors.
