The scanning on our event did not go well. The first few scans were great. After a few scans it took longer and longer for the cam/scan view to show up. From a few seconds to 20/30 seconds. We had that problem on iphone and ipad. Can u please help us? (sorry for my bad english) |

Some extra info: |
It really depends on your internet connection. Were you using WiFi or Cellular data? If using WiFi, and it has a lot of users on the network at the same time, that could slow it down. |

tested that out Seth … had the same problem here on my home network ( |
Hi there, Which version of the Mobile app is installed on the device? Also, can you check and let us know which version of the JSON API plugin is installed? |

The camera should be ready to scan as soon as the screen gets tapped within the scan tickets box. Is the delay happening between the time the ticket is scanned and the Accepted/Declined message displays, or at another point in the scanning process? |
|
|
The delay is when i tap the scan button. When i finaly have the scanscreen… the scanning goes very well, the accepted message displays very quickly. |
It is slower to go back and hit the scan button. It is faster to tap anywhere within the box that displays the Accepted/Declined message to bring up the scanner for the next ticket. |
