Event Espresso freezes for some users when adding an event to the cart

Hello

I am not sure if you can help with this.

It seems for some people the screen freezes when they add an events to the cart.

The website url is https://bht-training.org.uk/courses/

This is happening for a customer and one person who looks after the website (but not her colleagues). I have looked into the cache and asked her to clear her browser cache.

Can you think if any reason why this may occur.

Hi there,

Generally if the page is freezing it means there’s an error on the ajax request that EE doesn’t know how to respond to.

Have you checked the servers PHP error logs around the times the user above reports this for any errors?

Do you know the specific step they take on the above page and at what point it freezes?

Thanks for the answer.

The problem occurs on individual event pages e.g. https://bht-training.org.uk/events/equality-diversity-inclusion-31/ when a ticket is added to the cart.

I can’t see any issues on the logs I can see but I have asked the hosting company to check.

I will let you know if anything is found.

I just tested and was able to add an event to cart and get to the registration step.
