Hi,

We experience issues with EE3 again.
http://www.otffeo.on.ca/en/learning/otf-connects/calendar/

I tried to disable and enable plugins.
I updated EE3 and reset the license key but it did not help.

I wonder why it is happening if we do not change anything it should work all the time.

Could someone suggests any solution how to enable EE3 on our site as many teachers looking for courses and they are not showing now.

Thanks

Hi Chris,

If you go to WordPress > Event Espresso > Event Overview, are there any events listed there?

Hi Josh,

how embarrassing it is – you are right as someone deleted all events there.
I think those events were scheduled for the Summer only and there is no option to register now so our manager most likely decided to delete it without telling me.

I have a question regarding EE4 as I think we should upgrade our EE3 to the latest version.
Our users asking if EE4 would allow to send multiple notifications to all participants before scheduled event.
I think EE3 allowed only 1 limited notification and we need send many notifications in advance like 2 weeks before, 3 days before and 1 day before.
Could you send me URL how the advanced notification works in EE4.

Thank you very much for your help.
Chris

Hello Chris,

If you have not used Event Espresso 4 before, then you can pickup a private testing site here:

http://demoe.org

The batch email feature can be found in WP dashboard –> Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over the name of an event and click on Registrations. On the next page, you can select individual guests or bulk select all and then scroll down and click on the Email button. A small window will appear and you can enter a message and send it.

If you are looking to create messages ahead of time or on a per-event basis then you can do that by creating a custom template:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-create-a-custom-message-template/

Then it will be available for selection in the dropdown when you click on the batch email option at the end of the registrations page.
