Hello,

I was having an issue yesterday when trying to export to excel all of the attendee info after last weekend’s event for my financial meeting this morning and every time it only exported the header line in the excel file.

So I noticed that the Multi-registration plugin was outdated so I updated it and now I have an error at the top of my website:

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/home/content/77/2855477/tmp/sess_jmm54rm8dd26hbm7i9rmejvks5, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in /home/content/77/2855477/html/whatzitworth/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/espresso.php on line 55

I’m also getting an error in the excel file now when I try to export.

The website is http://Whatzitworth.org

Running the latest stable version of espresso and wordpress 3.6.1

Everything went really smooth at the event last weekend but now these errors. I have checked everything on my server and it all seams to be an issue with Event Espresso. Please help.

Hi Michael,

Do you have WordPress debugging enabled on your site?

Hi Michael,

Could you please add the following towards the middle of your wp-config.php file?

define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', FALSE);
@ini_set('display_errors', FALSE);

If you are not familiar with that file, then please send a temporary SFTP or FTP login through this secure link:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

I’ll then apply this change from my end for you. Thanks!

Lorenzo

Debugging should be off for a live/production site.

Please see my earlier message:

I looked at your screenshot and no information is appearing. Is there an error message that is displayed or is it just downloading as an “empty” excel spreadsheet?

No error, just empty spreadsheet. I would be happy for you to login and test it to help me get this fixed. I really need to find a resolution today for my boss.
