Event Espresso activated but not appearing in WordPress menu

I followed the steps to install and activate the Event Espresso plug-in on my WordPress site. However, it does not appear in the left-hand menu now even though the plug-in menu shows that it is activated. I am new to WordPress, but searched through over forums and couldn’t find anything about this

Hi there,

I’ve seen this a couple of times but so far unable to narrow down the cause.

Rather than asking multiple questions I’d like to take a quick look in the admin if that’s OK? If so just temp temp admin login details using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/
