Hello there,
Just realized after purchase of version 4 that it does not have a mobile app for scanning tickets. Was told I have to purchase a handheld barcode scanner but there is no documentation on how this scanners connect to the ticketing system.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction, I dont want to make another purchase that will be a waste of time. Thanks.
