I have look and tried so many different options to get the event espresso to function reliably 100 percent for me and my customers.

When the client fills out the question forms, they lose data when they get to the payment section. I have not experienced this personally. It only happens to other people. I have check this on google chrome browser and firefox. The program loses the data when it comes the payment section.

I cannot figure this out. Please i need this work all the time.

I have no cache plugin running.

I have created a support token for this because my client is ready to throw away event espresso, they are tired of this not working.

Version WordPress: 4.7.3

Version PHP: 5.6.21

Version MonSQL 5.5.5

Event Espresso Version: 4.9.31.p

Hi there,

I have no cache plugin running.

You do have actually have a caching plugin running with Opcode Cache enabled. So that’s probably what’s causing your consistency issues.

You also have the NextGen Gallery plugin activated. Please see this topic for more information about how the NextGen Gallery plugin deletes Event Espresso’s transients, which will also cause the errors they’re seeing:

I added the following to your website’s wp-config.php file:

define('NGG_CRON_ENABLED', FALSE);

which will stop the NextGen Gallery plugin from deleting EE’s transients. EE’s transients need to stick around long enough for the registration to be completed. If the transients get deleted before the registration is completed, you’ll see the error that was reported on your website.

Which plugin is doing cache. W3 total cache is set to disabled.

The plugin is currently disabled in community mode.

Can the plugin cache via opcode when the whole plugin is disabled?

I don’t know, but the plugin was activated when I checked your site last week.

the plugin is activated yes, interesting, I didn’t know that plugin could still use opcode cache when it was disabled inside the cache plugin.

I have the cache program set up according to your guidelines, so that should not be a problem. As this week goes I come back to this thread and update if we have any more registration errors.

When I checked your site last week the opcode cache was activated inside the cache plugin. That’s why I mentioned it.
